Home Learning ResourcesParents are welcome to get involved with their child’s education. MNS encourages parents to be inquisitive of their student’s day. We highly encourage a nightly discussion over the contents of their class folder. All students will be learning and practicing educational techniques such as writing letters, numbers, and short words. Please feel free to practice these activities at home.
We want your help reinforcing correct skills and techniques. Please refer to following resources to make sure we are all teaching our students to practice their skills the same way. Meet our Zoo-phonics Friends - See our animal letters and learn their names.
Our Zoo-phonics Signals - This is the motion your child makes with the animal/letter sound. Find it here.
Letter Formation Guide - To ensure we reinforce writing skills in the same way both in class and at home.
Old McDonald Had A Zoo - This is fun variation of Old McDonald we like to sing.
Our teachers may also send activities through Google Classroom.
